This company is a joke. Everytime you move they enter you into a new contract which starts your time over again instead of just making the necessary changes. Can't be late or they will charge you a 13% late fee if you are one day late and 22.00 if they have to print a disconnection notice. There used to be a time where you were given a 7 day window. This company is a joke and billing support is trash. They ran my expired debit card for payment which caused so much of an issue them and the bank and had the nerve to charge me a $25.00 fee or a return of payment. TRASH find someone better.

IF YOUR TWO DAYS LATE THEY ARE CHARGING 5% OF YOU BILL AS A LATE FEE ON TOP OF 22.00 DISCONNECTION NOTICE ,AND NOW THEY HAVE ADDED AND EXTRA CHARGE FOR SOME FEE AFTER THEY HAVE PRINTED YOUR BILL OUT AND WANT THET FEE PAYED ALONG WITH YOUR CURRENT BILL. HUM IM SORRY IF MY BILL SAYS 85.57 GUESS WHAT IM PAYING 85.57 . THIS COMPANY SERVES ONLY TO NICKLE AND DIME THE CONSUMER. I WILL BE BUYING OUT MY CONTRACT AND TAKING MY BUSSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE . STAY AWAY DO NOT CONSIDER DOING BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have been with Amigo for about 5 years now. I can't speak on the bad things too much because MY EXPERIENCE with them has been good. From our 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment and now in a 4 bdr home my light bill has been pretty decent compared to other companies in the past
