CVS

Terrible service, rude workers in pharmacy. Very ignorant and lack professionalism. I set my appointment for 1120am arrive at 1115am. They canceled my appointment saying it was an error in the system. Ok, cool: I was advised to make another appointment for the day but I would be seen immediately. I sit in the pharmacy drive thru for 27 minutes after them canceling my appointment to make another one YET I still wasnt served. Go elsewhere these dummies are inadequate.

Its 8:45 am and the store is not open unbelievable they should change the hours of operation online so people like myself wont stop by early when its not even open.. thats the main reason I stopped by.

This is the WORST cvs location! They dont open on time and will have you waiting nearly an hour to open. I called while standing outside and the worker told me they were having electrical issues and I told him Im standing outside & the lights and everything seemed to be working perfectly fine. Still refused to let me in. Also, this location closes like 15-20 minutes early and they will straight up look at you and tell you no from coming in. My advice: GO TO WALGREENS they actually know how to open on time and close at the allotted hours. Ive had enough with this location. Im contacting whoever I need too because this is ridiculous.

Had an insurance problem. The prescription wasn't covered by insurance. The clerk ran it on goodrx and I was able to purchase at much reduced price. I was at the drivethru and she also provided a thermometer so I didn't need to come inside. GREAT SERVICE!!

They have always been great, the staff and at the pharmacy department, except for last night. It wasn't 8:00 or 9:00 yet. Can't remember what time they close exactly. Just came from Urgent care, and needed my antibiotics, I have only one kidney. This was important to me. No such luck. The pharmacy staff said they were closed. There was no one in line but me when I got there. I know they are tired and want to go home. But they could of service me. I even said please. , I really need them. So I was in pain all last night. Thanks pharmacy department.
