This CVS was filthy. The cooler with drink had LOTS if visible mold. The restroom were filthy, filthy. Literally stay away.

Absolutely unnecessary wait time. The Pharmacist manager was nonchalant about the fact the woman administrating the vaccines were just running her mouth, about irrelevant information as though there are not people waiting to be seen. Its very unprofessional and unnecessary. What type of sense does it make about disclosing the timeframe to me yet you have someone back there greater than the allotted time again absolutely rambling and wasting time. Ill be sure to not go through this crummy pharmacy for anything else, let alone reference people to stop by. I am the type that will drive a distance for service. DO BETTER AND BE BETTER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Really disappointed with the staff at this cvs. I visited the pharmacy at 7:25pm on a Thursday night. My 3 month old son was very sick and needed a prescription. The cashier at the drop off counter informed me that they had the medication but it wouldnt be filled until the morning because they were getting ready to close. Seriously!? You couldnt take 10 minutes of your time to fill a script for a SICK BABY? A BABY! I returned in the morning at 9:16am to pick up his script. I explained to the staff what had happened the night before and all they could say is well I dont see why they wouldnt fill it. No apology, no empathy for the fact that your staff made a 3 month old innocent baby suffer through the night when he didnt have to. I was back in my car with the prescription by 9:33am. It took 17 minutes. My son had to suffer because your selfish employee couldnt be bothered to take 17 minutes to fill his medication. To do her job that your company pays her to do. Instead she was more concerned with closing early. If she doesnt have compassion for a tiny baby then maybe she shouldnt be working in a pharmacy.
