I've never had a bad experience her, whether it was for buying items or picking up my prescriptions. Great staff!

If I could describe this pharmacy in one word " HORRIBLE"
The older lady that works at the pharmacy DIANE have the worst attitude and should be working in the stock room in the dark not with people. I know several friends and family who all have run away from that store to Walgreens. This must be the worst pharmacy in Houston.

In person was great. Very helpful and great about filling Rxs. On the phone, just ok. They don't seem to care very much about Rx refill orders. It's as if they don't know about anything but giving out the most fundamental answers. Example: today (Sat) some man called me and said, "You have refills ready." Like, I knew that! But it turned out, my order was incomplete. I had to practically force a few Q&As to get details yet no one mentioned they don't deliver ALL Rx refills!
I had to find out on my own at online check out, 32 minutes after they closed ...an hour early! WTH? Weird open/close hours. Even more weird was the fact that it's listed as a UPS drop-off, but no one knew how! STILL don't know why they don't deliver all refills! STILL don't know why this pharmacy says it filled Rx doctor order. Online it's listed as filled but it was never picked up or delivered! Had to go pick up one Rx while the store delivered all the rest...the next day! What a mess!
