Lazy cashier she can't scan the products ask me to do it my self I didn't had my glasses had to leave. If you can not do it your self don't go they will not help you.

My family & I came today 01/18/22 for pre travel PCR test 15 minutes early. These 2 young female Pharmacy staff I have to describe since they have their ID tags covered & refused to give their names when asked. The 1st Latina or Asian was so icy & scolded us for appearing early. The worst was the black one. She was so discourteous as shown by body language & verbal responses. She made us feel so stupid because I had to ask & confirm that the specimens were to be dropped in the right container. She made us feel we were taking too much of her time handling the specimen ( although we were within the alloted time.) I wanted to talk to thee store manager but she was on a virtual conference. But I will make time to talk ther.

I come to this CVS once in a blue moon when visiting elderly relative at a nursing home down the street. I'm generally in and out. The young associate was very helpful today regarding questions on gift cards.
