I wonder why a big place like this has no reviews. Well now they have one.
I took off work to go there and if you want to be treated like a number then this is the place for you. I was told when I finished with the paperwork I would be seen by the doctor.
After filling out all the exhausting paperwork, copying insurance and id (like everywhere else) I waited for 30 minutes and got up and walked outside the GLASS door to stretch my legs. Then I waited another 30 minutes. After an hour I asked the kid at the front desk when I would be seen. She said they called you twice but each time you were outside (10 feet away and a glass door where I could be seen).
I waited another ten minutes and told them to give me back my $20 co pay and will be in search of a doctor that has a person at the front desk that is not so lazy and has some common courtesy. They obviously don't need my business.
