Dr Uddin is definitely the worst doctor i have ever had. The two days he was my admitting doctor he saw me once and then relayed to my nurse cheryl that he did not want to talk to me he was to busy. The following day he discharged me without evaluation of my updated condition waived me off told me get some tylenol or see another doctor. This is on the heels of him admmitting me for pain management and having me on fentanyl and dilaudid. This doctor does not care but if you are indian expect supurb treatment. I am currently going above and beyond to show exactly what kind of care he provides and how little he cares of the outcome of his patients def and insult to all those heros on the front line.

Dr Uddin has always been responsive and kind to both my wife and mother. The office staff and the nursing staff have always been good with them. 3 years now and no complaints.

Worst customer service ever. Told me that I told her if she didn’t give me my medicine that I would go see a another doctor. Never told her that ,then they told me to go see a psychiatrist. Stay away from these doctors worst place ever

Dr Uddin is one of the kindest doctors ever. His staff has always been amazing with me. I have referred countless patients to him (including my children as they have become adults) and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I was looking through these reviews about the staff being rude..... I have been seeing them since 2009 .... NO ONE has ever been rude! They are always busy but are very kind. I feel at home at my doctors office..... As a rebuttal to the poor reviews it honestly sounds like those that complained actually should see psych services... also sounds like one didn’t the drugs they wanted.. So as a long standing patient that has had very serious medical problems I couldn’t think of a better internal medicine doctor in this area.

Staff extremely rude. I actually found Dr. Uddin to be responsive and kind of likeable. I came in as a new patient, and was aware of two things: 1. I had alot of needs as a new patient 2. That each patient only has a sliver of time with Doctor to communicate those needs. Therefore, I was assertive and forthright with him ( not rude), to insure that my needs were met, and to determine if Dr. Uddin would be a good match for me as my PCP. I thought he did pretty well, and was thinking I would come on as a permanent patient. Then as I was awaiting my post appointment paperwork, a fat hideous mexican girl came in and when I asked her the status of my referrals treated me so terribly that I left that office with absolutely no dignity whatsoever. It was at that time that I decided I would never set foot back in that office. Ever. When we see a doctor we are vulnerable, we trust. To be treated that way in an office environment is unforgivable. I had intended to switch my wife and mother from Iora over to Dr. Uddin I felt he would have been a good match for my mom. But I would never put my mom in a position to be treated the way I was. Remember, we see the Dt for a few moments only it is his staff we deal with most. I also found out at the pharmacy that they did not call in my Motrin 800 mg and told the pharmacy staff that I could get that over the counter. My pharmacy benefits allow me to get it for $2. Over the counter that much motrin is $25.00, but hey what does his staff care? Its not their money. Another indication of staff arrogance. It is a shame I have to gamble on another PCP that may or may not be as responsive as Dr. Uddin. But no one treats me that way. Their arrogance and ugliness seemed to be second nature. Thats3 all.
