My wife and i hired Mr Burwell in March of 2022 to handle our grandparents visitation rights case after our daughter passed in September of 2021 after almost a year later and after we took it upon ourselves to contact the court we found out that the case had been dismissed because it was set for hearing and no one showed up Mr Burwell claims he didnt know!He has a total lack of communication! One of the WORST ATTORNEYS IN TEXAS.

My personal experience with Mr Burwell was horrible. He didn’t do anything he said he would do. He waits till the last minute to prepare. He gets frustrated and agitated because he’s not prepared. He easily angers when you ask him questions he can’t answer. And when you point out his wrong doing, he will result to belittling you and hung up. DON’T TRUST HIM TO HANDLE YOUR LEGAL MATTERS. You will regret your decision if you do.

Ed is nothing more than a con artist... His hustle is to lure potential clients in with a sign on West Little York that says "cheap lawyer".. Once Ed gets your money, you will not hear from him again. I'm totally shocked that he hasn't been disbarred from practicing law. Just look at all the complaints that has been filed against him.. Not only does he not show up for court, he doesn't notify the client of their court date. I found out about my court date from my wife's attorney.
