Dr. Friedman used Fraxel laser to treat scars on knees and we couldn't be happier with the results after four treatments. Friendly and professional staff. It was well worth the drive.

Poor management. This morning had my appointment at 11:30 I got there 15 min early. Then they took me to a room. They left me there for an hour and nobody went there. I list my day for nothing. What kind of professionals work there ? Are they professionals? Whos the manager? Because that management organization is nothing professional. How is possible to forgot a patient and leaving him for an hour there? I said enough Abdul left the place for my first consultation. Ian not the kind of person who wrote reviews. But this made feel so bad. I lost my time for nothing. Besides nobody apologize. Really bad first experience in this place.

Nice office and Dr. But the front desk receptionist Alicia is so rude! Wow I was not expecting the way she spoke to me. Very dismissive and condescending tone. I was just making sure if I was suppose to be checking out or not. And she gave me rude, sarcastic, smart mouth. Then I listened as both the receptionist laughed as one referred to the way Alicia spoke to me. She definitely didnt care about leaving a negative first impression at all. Now Im looking at the reviews and seeing others giving bad reviews for the front desk staff as well, that tells you a lot! How embarrassing for this office to have those girls work the front desk dealing with patients. I was so excited about coming back here but I will not give money to a place that has disrespectful staff.

I had a visit w Emily and based on my experience I absolutely would not recommend this place. I wanted something small removed from my face, she informed me I would have a scar, she assured me it would be smaller than what I have having removed & would be less noticeable. It's been well over a year & it has not healed in the way she stated which is what I based my decision on in having it removed in the first place. During a follow up visit I expressed my concernes w the results in comparison to what we'd discussed, she gaslighted me and said my expectations were too high. Yikes!

Our daughter is having laser hair removal with Lori, and she loves her! Lori is kind, understanding, and knowledgeable in regards to the procedure. Her bedside manner is awesome, take away the patients worry, and nervousness. Highly recommend Lori and Dermatology and Laser surgery center of Houston!
