5 stars all the way! I am very impressed by the staff here at North Houston Dental. I told them I have a serious gagging problem and was very nervous when it came to dentists. They did their absolute best to make me feel super comfortable. I didnt even gag with the X-rays. Huge huge shout out to Lydia, Jasmine, Betsy and most of all Dr. Dao. They were super helpful and polite! The office gave me super cozy vibes and made me feel at home. Everyone is so soft spoken, it made me feel so much better. I walked in with shaky sweaty palms and left smiling. Id recommend everyone to this dentist, they will not disappoint and I can wholeheartedly say that!

I've been having issues with one of my molars. I had just been in for a cleaning but it must've started a week after I came. I came to NHDC and I'm always treated with the best care. They took X-rays and told me it's likely I needed a root canal. They referred me to a specialist who took very good care of me. I was dealing with a bit of an infection with this tooth. It seemed to be a rare case. Dr. Dao Sat with me and explored the possibilities what could've happened. Dr. Dao is truly the best! He's so great at what he does and the team is spectacular! All of them! Ms. Connie is so wonderful. She is the heartbeat of the office. I was telling them my night guard needed an adjustment and Dr. Dao took his time to fix it for me. I'm truly grateful for them. I have been coming here for years and I would recommend them to anyone. Even if you have to drive a little out if your way!

I went in June 2021 and was advised what work I needed done. Which happens to be 5 teeth pulled. Came back December 2021. Keep in mind I'm a 40 plus woman afraid of the dentist. Mr. Dao and staff assured me, I would be fine. The service was excellent outstanding PERFECT AND NOTHING IS PERFECT, This visit was just that. I didn't even feel him stick the needle in my mouth. This man pulled out the first 3 teeth and I was like you are joking don't play. I could not believe. I WAS IN DISBELIEF. THE OTHER TWO OUT AND IT WAS BARELY ANY PRESSURE. I WAS ASKED CONSTANTLY WAS I OKAY. Standing Ovation to Dr. Dao and staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 STARS

UPDATE: I went back to have some cosmetic work done at NHDC. I am continuously amazed by their professionalism and and excellent service to make sure their patients leave the door happy. It took a few tries for us to agree on which fitting looked best but ultimately we did and I am so pleased with their work. Now my smile is absolutely perfect and Im getting tons of compliments from my family, friends, and work peers. I cannot recommend this office enough. Their dedication to their dental patients is truly admirable. Im so thankful to be able to depend on them!I had my appointment at NHDC on Tuesday and I must say it was one of the more pleasant dental experiences Ive had. It had been many years since my first visit there - about 20 years ago. My brother, mom, and I have all visited this location. They have been in business a long time which should be proof they are great. Connies sweet smiling face is still there to welcome you when you walk in. I had the chance to meet Marlene who gently took my ex-rays and made me feel like I was at the right place. She is super kind and funny. When Dr. Dao entered I felt less nervous about my visit. It had been almost a year and a half since my last dental visit but I had done everything I could to take care of my teeth. Dr. Dao knew right off the bat I had some dental trauma in my youth. He gave me advice on my gums, told me which toothpaste would be best, and performed one of the best dental cleanings Ive ever had. It was pretty painless! After having such a positive experience, I intend to make this my permanent dentist office now that Im back in Houston. I recommend them and advise you to make your appointment ahead of time for service. They are taking all safety precautions with Covid!
