I scheduled an appointment over a week ago for this location. I get there for my appointment only to find out that they have not verified my insurance benefits. Why would anybody wait the morning of to verify benefits??? Then I was nonchalantly told that I can’t be seen because they don’t know my benefits. You can’t call the insurance company to verify the benefits verbally??? I myself work in the medical field and can’t imagine doing this to a patient. It’s absolutely horrible customer service. I was really looking forward to being seen here since most of the reviews are good. I’m sure the doctors are great, but their front office staff are horrible and not efficient.

Agree with other clients regarding scheduling. Scheduled cleaning 6 months out twice. Both times received automated text to confirm the appointments. Take off work, get to office and lady with non chalant attitude states office is closed BOTH times and I need to reschedule but she can't do it. I had to dial number and get another appointment twice. Very bad business. Loved the dentists and support staff but the scheduling of clients on closed days is very inconsiderate and poor customer service.

I am terrified of the dentist and had to have an emergency extraction done i was freaking out but not only the dentist was awesome but the whole staff made sure i was in good hands.i. cant thank them enough for being so wonderful so 5 stars for them.

Great experience. You'd be hard pressed to find a better deal on just the x-rays and consultation too.
