I went on a visit in January 2020! This place seemed like a good place for a dentsist according to my network providers. I must be honest and truthful, this place is unsanitary, unprofessional, unfriendly, and outdated! The Denist did not greet me nor did he properly communicate his procedures. The dentist did not meet my needs to understand my questions and concerns. He failed to properly assess and address my concerns and questions. The staff, however, was friendly and helpful.

I will not return to this place. I had a crown implanted on a tooth in 2016 and it has 'fallen out' twice since they've first implanted it. Every time I go, I get a different dentist. Also, today, a dentist came in to review my X-RAYs, and seemed to be more interested in watching PRICE IS RIGHT on TV!!! He kept watching the TV. After 5 minutes he left, and I waited in my chair for another 30 minutes - I finally left. If you like a Dentist who likes PRICE IS RIGHT, this may be the place for you...not me!!

I dont know what every other person on here is talking about. The staff are friendly, the doctor has a great bedside manner, and the rates are affordable. They can even recommend programs you can finance very expensive dental visits through. Maybe yall were the rude ones, because theyve been absolutely delightful every time Ive been there.

This place is horrible! If youre 11 minutes late youll be required to reschedule The front receptionist are rude and unprofessional and the work is mediocre!! Find another dentist office to give your money to!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Petersen for over 10 years. And we are not always easy. I have fear issues, even though Doc is WONDERFUL and very understanding. He is the only dentist I will see. My husband is "trainwreck" disabled with literally no filter and says anything. Ron does not take care of his teeth, either, so we are there pretty frequently. My husband wanted me to say, specifically, Dr Petersen is very good in working with the disabled when I wrote this review. We like the front office staff, they are always nice even when we show up very early. We got the discount plan so that helps hugely when it is time to pay. I don't get all the complaints and hate, these guys are completely compassionate and professional. We have always been seen on time. Everything is clean, the equipment works, they get you fixed fast and the rates are great. We have been in 3-4 times just this year and were well served every time. I can't see going anywhere else.
