Recently Dr. Phoung Pham at CASTLE DENTAL ON S MAIN ST HOUSTON TX refused to extract #13 tooth instead referred me to a coworker who supposedly is a surgical dentist And would have charge me $164 for consultation and $1000 to extract #13 tooth but I found a dentist HOUSTON CITY DENTAL 5901 BELLAIRE BLVD to extract the same tooth for $250. Its a scam to make the company more money .ALWAYS CHOOSE A DENTIST WHO OWNS THERE OWN PRACTICE not a Corporate chain tipe dentistry!

I have been going to this location for a few years now & Dr. Ayana Cartwright is great. For the past 2 weeks, Ive left 2 voicemail messages & 2 verbal messages with the answering service to try to schedule an emergency appointment. I went to the facility to find out why no one has returned my calls only to be asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment for next week because they were done for the day. I asked for the corporate phone number to file a complaint & was given a fake number by the Office Manager. I had to deal with her a few months ago trying to get a refund that was due to me. She is very unprofessional & should not be allowed to work at this establishment. It is unfortunate that I will be changing my dentist due to the unprofessionalism of the front office.

Everyone from the front office staff to the technicians to the oral surgery team were professional, and very kind. My oral surgery went smoothly from start to finish, totally pain-free, and peaceful.
