I have been going there for over two months to get braces. I have no braces. They kept rescheduling n than the last time I was told the financing company policy changed and I have to pay 2500. If they processed the paper work on time I would have my braces by now.

first, front desk lady was so rude and she didn't want help me on my insurance thing.their doctors ripped me off ,they are thieves.untrained hygienist messed up reading for fake tooth.i paid 900 dollars for it , and it is useless I can't wear it.just wasted my money and time, don't go there.

Appointment times do not matter to these people. I honestly don't think they have good business skills. I shown up on time to my appointment, even 30 minutes earlier waiting for service and I was told it would take two hours before they see me. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I did wait on service patiently and as I was sitting on the chair the dentist told me "We are behind schedule I could only do some of the service" and I refused this because it is NOT MY PROBLEM. Even though she did the entire service, SHE MADE ME WAIT 2 HOURS and to have the audacity to put her time issues on me is shameful and it is not my problem that SHE WAS BEHIND ON SERVICING her PATIENTS.

Wasted my time. My brother-in-law picked up a herpes infection from the hygienist using a non-sterile dental pick which he took out of his pocket. My wife and I went there for a 1pm appointment for a routine cleaning/check-up that was set for over 2 weeks before. We were checked in.....I got my x-rays and waited for over 1 hour.....my wife was still waiting to be called for her x-rays. At 2:25, we decided it was not worth the wait as there were patients in the chairs ahead of us and none of the staff seemed to care about us or the patients waiting. Just know what you're in for.....long waits, watch for hygiene and sterile equipment. Make sure that the staff changes gloves before handling you/your teeth. More importantly, find a place that respects you, your time and treats you like a customer. By the way, this place is not 'cheap' or a value as advertised. My cleaning there last year ran me over $150 with my UHC PPO insurance. Good luck and be warned.
