After decades of letting military personnel gain experience on me, I was stunned by how pain free my first cleaning experience with his staff went. 15 years later Dr Lewis is still taking care of my teeth. I miss the old pictures in the lights, but over the years he and his staff have provided excellent care. In fact, And through the years I have watched as he continually modernized his equipment and procedures. In short, Dr Lewis surrounds himself with professional, experienced staff that will deliver excellent service.

I have been using Dr. Jeff Lewis for a few years now...He recently performed what I consider major work on me....he gave me a couple of options to choose from and we went from there....The final results are awesome! He does his best to achieve the highest quality results possible and in my opinion he hit a grand slam. His entire staff is great! Thank You Dr. Lewis and staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis' since 1982. I owe my beautiful smile to his and his staff's excellent care! Dr. Lewis attends to the details, is exceptionally current with technology and is a pleasure to work with. Thumbs up. Don't walk.. run to Dr. Lewis for that perfect smile!

If this were a review of the quality of care I received, it would easily be a 5-star review. Unfortunately, this review is more a reflection of my feeling misled by the office staff in regards to my insurance benefits, and the subsequent surprise bill I received six weeks later. Prior to my first appointment I called Dr. Lewis' office to confirm they accepted my dental insurance. I provided not only the name of my insurance provider, but also specific plan details, including my group number and personal information, so that my benefits could be confirmed prior to scheduling an appointment. On the day of the appointment everything went well. The staff was friendly, Dr. Lewis was very professional and informative, but during my cleaning the hygienist suggested that I get a full set of x-rays taken. I waited in the chair while my benefits were once again confirmed by the staff, and was then given the go ahead. The x-rays were taken, my appointment wrapped up, I paid my co-pay and scheduled a follow up appointment, and went on my way. Six weeks later I received a bill for several hundred dollars, marked "Over 30 days". Additionally, the invoice was not itemized, and no explanation of the charge was provided. I went into the office the following day and was told that while their office is able to submit a claim to my insurance company, they do not actually participate in their network. I also asked for an explanation of the charges, and was not at all surprised to hear they were the result of the additional x-rays I was sold during my appointment. Needless to say, this was a disappointing experience. I very much enjoyed Dr. Lewis' thorough explanation of my x-rays and treatment options, the staff was very friendly, and the location is very convenient, but I no longer trust that the staff has my best interests at heart.
