came in there in 2018 for a check-up, never had any pain in my teeth in my life, all was fine, ended up with a $3000 bill and most of my teeth they worked on are now painful, 2 yrs later.

Xiomara was my hygienist today and she was so great - gentle and thorough, but even though it was the last appointment of the day she was still kind and positive. I'm pretty timid and people in my mouth right now because I recently had an awful experience (at a different office) and Xiomara was very understanding and gentle. Front office is always wonderful, too. This place is a breath of fresh air compared to other dental offices I've been to. 👍

I typically hate dental offices but this was by far my best experience in one! I’ve already referred a few of my friends! I appreciated how kind everyone was to me and to each other. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone on staff was so nice to me and sensitive to the fact that I had a lot of anxiety about my appointment. They were noticeably kind to each other which made it feel like they were genuinely good people. Very impressed!

I had an appointment on the books for a month. They cancelled it and did not call me, leave me a voicemail, nothing. I drove in five o’clock traffic only to be rescheduled and turned away. They even sent remember texts on the day of the appointment, but somehow they had cancelled it, and the messages still go out. Extremely irresponsible and disrespectful of my time.
