My appointment was at 4:30 pm and Im still waiting. They make you confirm your appointment and you get there on time and you just waiting. I went to the receptionist to ask how much longer and was told 5 more minutes that was at 6:15 pm. Im so disappointed and rate this visit a zero

My experience at this location has been horrible. Im not sure if its the office staff or unorganized running of a business. I wait 2 1/2hours until closing time which was 7pm. Theres was no concern or empathy for my wait time. Please do not go to this location. Then they wanted to do a cleaning after hours. Not for me to be rushed and not properly clean. Its a most definite NO! If I could give -5 I would thats how bad it was. Im a very patience person but no one deserves that kind of treatment.

The visit was fast. The dentist work was quick and safe. The employee was friendly and professional.

Excellent front and back office staff: I wasn't expecting to be seen today but the Dr had time to see me and take care of my needs. Sheyla the office manager was wonderful in answering all of my questions, explaining,and providing the documents i needed. The dental Hygienist AB was terrific in explaining my care needed and what he was doing, Alexis was on point with taking XR and scanning and Dr Patel was wonderful as well in laying out what my problems were and the care plan needed. As I have a phobia with dentist, I must say they did an excellent job putting that fear to rest. I highly recommend. The initial office visits was as stated above, but I will not be returning for future care. The last visits to extract one tooth did not meet my expectations after an approximate office visit of five (5) hours was a disaster. I asked for a referral to an oral surgeon .I left without having all the work completed that was paid for...hurt and disappointed. Charged for a filling that was to be done but never done on 9/9/22 and a bone graft that was not done because the Dr. was not able to remove the palatal root after much time in my mouth. Can one have a bone graft if the work is not completed? Requested a refund but was told that I did have the bone graft. NEVER AGAIN at this location will I visit. I cannot change the 5 stars from the initial visit but i can down grade to ONE star.
