        My experience went super smoothly! All appointments, guidelines, and resources were organized and thorough. I really appreciated the service and care I received from all staff! Glad to have my wisdom teeth removed and be in the healing process!

        Dr.Koo did a great job with my wisdom tooth extraction procedure. It was painless, minimal swelling, and I had a speedy recovery. I didnt appreciate the 1.5hr wait for the consultation and how my medications were not called in until the day of because the office said I didnt provide the pharmacy number to Dr.Koo. This was completely an oversight and I had to call the office the day of surgery because my pharmacy didnt have any prescriptions. The office texted and called me multiple times that week, but no one could ask me for the pharmacy number so my medications would be ready before my procedure? Also, I requested Tylenol #3 and Ibuprofen during the consultation, but Dr.Koo ordered Tramadol/IbuprofenOverall, Im thankful to the staff and Dr.Koo, but organization needs to be improved in this office.
