The reason for “3” stars is that the front desk man whose name begins with a “J” was quickly annoyed when I asked a question regarding dental insurance billing. While smirking, he kept repeating like a broken record that I only had twice yearly visits in that office when the logbook showed I had multiple yearly office visits, as recommended by my dentist. The dentists themselves are very good but it is hard to overlook the front desk man’s offensive behavior when he is alone, staffing the front desk. Perhaps the owner should install a camera with audio to capture their employee’s short fuse. It is not ok to aggressively debate a paying client without deferring the matter to a supervisor.
