    Day 3 of trying to get ahold of them. I just wanted to ask to add things to an upcoming appointment. Different times of the day and everything. Currently the phone is ringing going on 18 minutes. I left voicemails for the person in charge of the insurance too! Nothing. Now Im trying to call to cancel my appointment. I dont want to do business with them if this is how they are. Glad I never paid!! Guess Ill be no showing Ive been collecting data and proof of attempts to reach them incase they come after me for no call no show per insurances request.

    Extremely disorganized and unprofessional office. They canceled my familys appointments twice and each time they called less than an hour before the appointment. They also mixed up their clients profiles and called me thinking I was another patient. They are unreliable and I will not be returning to this office.

    Just left this place and I do not recommend at all. Horrible attitude from the front desk lady. I dont know who manages this place but whoever it is, is doing a horrible job. Was going as a new patient and they just wasted me a day of personal time. I do want to thank the worker who suggested I call another location to see if they have availability today. However, I decided to no longer book with Lovett Dental, because if they hire people like that girl who had an attitude, I dont want to be a patient of theirs.

    I'm not one who writes negative reviews on any establishment but Lovett Dental has pushed me to the limit. I brought my 4 kids to their office more than a year ago for the first time; I had no issue with the copay for the three but when I got the bill for my 4th child, I had to call them as it was not reasonable for a first visit. The lady in the billing department I spoke with said she was going to talk with the manager. Three months later, I got a bill from the collection agency so I had to call them again. I was told that they will suspend the bill and they will look into it. I never heard anything then until 2 weeks ago when I got another bill from another collection agency. I contacted the billing department which transferred me to the "right facility" but the phone just kept ringing. I kept on trying for 3 days to no avail. Finally, I spoke with somebody this morning who told me that the insurance denied the claim. I then contacted my insurance & I was told that that I should only be paying this X amount because we are in-network & no special procedure was done. They sent me the copy of EOB (Explanation of Benefits) which I emailed to their billing department. I hope to hear from them soonest as it has been more than a year of ordeal. I am so upset & frustrated that it had to go to the collector. This could have been prevented if they returned my calls. Hope this serves as a lesson to everybody.

    I ignored the recent bad reviews but went anyway because my sons have been going there for 3 years now. When I made an appointment earlier this month, I was told there were new doctors and new policies that they only see children once a week. I made an appointment then had a death in the family and had to reschedule. When I called to reschedule, they said oh we dont even have them down in our appointments. However I was getting notifications to confirm for that same appointment. I should have took that as a red flag. Rescheduled appointment for 2 weeks later. I called this morning to confirm my sons appointment because now Im getting notifications for 1 son and not the other. They confirmed both sons were on the books and we will see them this afternoon. I get there and both receptionists keep looking back and forth at each other confused about a cleaning appointment (keep in mind that I confirmed this morning.) Then asked well how old are they? (I told them their date of birth EVERY SINGLE TIME I was on the phone with them.) So now after I take off work, the result is they wont see my sons for a cleaning because they are too old to see pediatric and too young to see general. What a waste of time! I could have found another dentist 2 weeks ago if the receptionists knew what they were doing and simply dont book ages that cant be seen. Dont ignore the bad reviews like I did.
