        I arrived at my scheduled time. I waited 30 minutes prior to inquiring, about the wait, because I noticed patients arriving after me were being called. I was told by the office manager it would be 10 to 15 additional minutes, the doctor was having a trouble with an extraction. I waited an additional 50 minutes with no updates. Yet, patients were still being called, that arrived after me. I decided to cancel the appointment. The Office Manager refunded my money without offering an explanation, solution, nor apology.
