The Cisneros Dental Group location off West Bellfort and BW-8 is super amazing. I will admit there were times I wanted to search elsewhere because the waits would be long some days, but I think staying was the best decision. The reason I stayed was because of their flexibility on urgent situations I've had. I am a nurse and work nights so I would call ahead and try to schedule the earliest appt. Gloria, the receptionist is super sweet and amazing at making things happen. These past couple of weeks I had some pretty crazy requests that were last minute but Gloria made sure I was able to be seen and I greatly appreciate that from her and the rest of the team. I told my husband that I now feel like they are like part of my family. Just feels that way every time we go.
Now the dental related stuff is great, the doctors are great at what they do. Although this last time both my husband and I could agree that the assistant helping did not do so great at suctioning our mouth enough during our procedures. It is very hard to swallow when your mouth is being held open with the guard. I believe she is new, but it was this one time out of several times we've been there. But one time doesn't bring down their quality of work and superior customer service. I'm sure she'll get better at it.
