The Valencia Spa & Salon

The Valencia Spa was a very cozy and cute place. Alma, the stylist who did my keratin treatment was extremely nice and very knowledgeable! She's been in the business for 15 years and you can definitely tell she's experienced. She seems to know her stuff, her products, etc. She was very sweet and willing to work with you. Thumbs up all the way!

The Valencia Spa gives you a warm and relaxing feeling as soon as you walk in. The receptionist was very nice when first entering the spa. Alma is the stylist who did my keratin treatment. She was wonderful! It's been about 2 weeks since my treatment and my hair looks soft and healthy. She was sweet and really seems to know hair. She has the hair products she recommends in the spa. They are similar in price to all of the other hair products specific for keratin hair needs. Overall I was very happy with the service. I will def go back to Alma again! Just an FYI, parking is in the back of the store...

Bought a Living Social deal for a Keratin Treatment. Parking is a hassle, with your best bet a small lot behind the building. Alma, the hair stylist, was very nice and answered all my questions. I was a bit surprised when she highly advised me to purchase additional Keratin for $35 because my hair is thick (even though it's above my shoulders). It wasn't required, but I went ahead anyway. Loved how my hair turned out! She said it should last longer than the typical 3 months if I used the L'anza sulfate-free products she sells. I bought and use them, but I'm heading back to get another treatment after 3.5 months. Also getting a trim this time, so I'll update the review.

I got a keratin treatment with Alma and what a NIGHTMARE. Service was ok, but she tried to sell all kinds of extra products. I had done the treatment elsewhere a few times and loved it. NEVER EVER have I had to use special shampoos with extra keratin. Well after my 1st wash I couldnt believe it. My hair was sooooo dry and freezy. RIght away I took pics ans texted to Alma. At 1st she told me I could come in to see what she could do to fix it but when I decide to call back to make the appointment she never bother to return my call. WHAT A RIP OFF. Not only that but i was giving a price when I called and booked the appointment and the price more than doubled once done. WATCH OUT LADIES!!!!!

I love letting my hair done at The Valencia Spa with Alma. I recently got the Keratin treatment done, and let me say I just LOVE how my hair look now. Its not frezzy anymore now its REALLY soft and smooth. I really recommend you going to The Valencia Spa. Best hairstyles ever hands down. :)
