Gave them 2 stars, Darlene is a sweetie. Prices were decent ($1060, $520 down and $540 in two payments). I just spoke with manager Kim, (call center is in Asia) after they closed my file and we went over my report. She says I had too many delinquent accounts and their services are not guaranteed. Kim kept stating that they have no control of what or how things are reported. I was under the impression via all hundred of Alex's social posts that their services are guaranteed, and also that they can remove anything. One account was sold to another creditor so I guess it came back on. I didn't have any BK, no repos, no housing issues just past credit card debt and medical accounts. Scores increased average of 60 points all together. Kim did say she cant give legal advice but suggested I speak with an attorney to try and do BK to remove the other two accounts. That would totally defeat the purpose of going through their company, I have been in worse situations than a $3k collections account and have never had to file BK, so that isn't an option now. I was referred to another company to assist with what I have left over. (as the whole point of this was to clean it then build business credit) Hopefully these 2 accounts are not too much for the other company, but again going to have to pay someone else and go through this process. Prayerfully it will all be good, matter a fact, I know it will be! Just my review of what I am currently experiencing.

When I signed up with Alex miller credit repair,I was not nervous or anything. I was very excited about getting my scored and inaccurate accounts removed off my report.
