I have visited Hobby lobby about four or five times during this holiday season and every time Ive gone in the staff is always helpful and always friendly. Theres always a manager visible insight. Despite how crowded and busy theyve been every time Ive gone in Ive been able to get what I need and they are fully staffed to prepare for the busy time of year.

My friend and I were planning a baby shower. We wanted to make giant letters for the future baby. We found the letters, the spray paint and even some trinkets. The party plates and napkins are way overpriced for the options and quantity, so we didn't bother. But other than that, the store was neat, orderly and Christmassy. We also had a very helpful associate. I cannot remember his name now, but he was the best and kept checking on us as we needed the spray paint from the cabinet. All the staff was friendly, but he was especially kind and patient because we were indecisive and had 1001 questions.

Good over all. However, we have had issue with the fabric section being rude. As well as someone saying they would help us with the locked jewelry cabinet then they walked off and never came back. This older female manager helped us but was also rude and wouldnt sell us the display jewelry piece since they were out of stock. You have to hunt for someone if you want help.

As a person that appreciates crafting, art and design, I LOVE this place...sad you discontinued 40% off coupons but appreciate how you move the lines and treat customers with kindness.
