The law firm where I work has used Liberty Litigation Support for their court reporting, video and interpreter services for many years. In the four years I have been with this law firm, I have found the staff at Liberty to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I never have to search for a person to help me, as they make sure I know who my company contact is at all times for any specific job.
Liberty has provided court reporting services to our firm all over the United States. Their people show up prepared and in a timely manner, and Liberty is always pro-active in making sure the depositions are moving forward as scheduled. Deposition turn-around time is excellent and they always deliver on RUSH orders.
Since adding record ordering to their list of services, Liberty, by far, has provided the best turn-around time for medical and billing record orders that I have ever experienced (we used three other firms combined before Liberty).
