This may be the first time Ive ever made a positive online review about an experience with utility company. Harris county mud office 282 was the most professional utilities office Ive ever dealt with and seemed to be well managed. They went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an unexpected water outage on a Friday at 4pm at almost quitting time. I fully expected to get sorry wont be able to get water turned on until Monday. Instead they made it happen and got my water issue resolved within 30 minutes of my appointment time our water was back on again. Special thanks to Brittany who was the representative that helped me. Super kind and courteous.
