        Mel just saved the day. After a lot of back and forth trying to redeem my scent certificate and getting mixed responses on how to handle it, she went the extra mile and helped me figure out a solution. So many people at Sephora in store (First Colony mall and customer service online) had blown me off and told me they couldnt help me and she figured out away to make it right. Now if we could just clone Melissa the company would have a bunch of employees who actually value their customers. Thank you Melissa for going the extra mile and helping make this right!
