This was by far the worst dental clinic. I made an appt for 3 family members but when we got there we only had 1 appt. I took the time off the following day so they could accommodate all 3 of us. My deep cleaning wasn't done and I was supposed to get a call in the evening from the dentist and have a new appt for Saturday due to insurance.

I had initially called and made an appointment.
When I called I provided all of my insurance information they confirmed over the phone it was okay and I would likely have minimal copayment. Later that night they texted me and confirmed my appointment and let me know they had verified my insurance.
I arrived at my appointment, after driving 30 minutes and arriving early. I walked in and there was a receptionist sitting at the desk with AirPods in, and on the phone I believe. She asked for my name and then proceeded to tell me that my insurance was out of network and it was going to be all private pay. I was livid at that point. They had so many opportunities to let me know my insurance was not covered. I hope this helps provide insight to future patients.

Found them off of Facebook, I had a great experience. The prices were great and the doctor was very gentle and helpful
