I have been going to Dr. Ngo for years. She is professional and courteous and caring. I trust her recommendations and have been very happy with her work and have referred several people to her office.

just got to the dental chair and the medical assistant told me she was only going to take 1 exray because they had other patients! i asked her how old it takes to take an exray and she told me 1 minute- so i told her u dont have 5 minutes for me? what was the point of me coming if you already want to get rid of me- she asked the dr, and the dr told her there was no time for more exrays so i ended up having one taken!- I just got upset when they did that because it was my first time there-ohhhh but of course god knows how much they charged my insurance for that 1 exray they took!- The Dr, was nice but unfortunately this matter reflexes on her and her office- she was the one that said there was no more time for me

I have been coming here for many years with my 3 children. Dr. Ngo and her staff are attentive and super friendly. Dr. Ngo takes her time to answer questions and is never pushy when it comes to any additional treatment. She is also really great with kids - my daughter used to be absolutely frightened just to get her teeth cleaned and Dr. Ngo exhibited great patience even though my daughter was quite difficult at times. My kids and I always walk away happy!

I have never had this happen at a dental clinic and I feel others should know about it so they can prevent themselves from potentially being scammed. This is rather long. I walked in on a weekday afternoon and was prompted to pay a co-pay which was 75% more than I usually pay at other in-network dentistry’s. I didn’t want to argue about it so I just went ahead and paid. When the desk attendant called my name, they prompted me to take x-rays, which went fine. Although, when the assistant lead me into a room (I was ONLY attending for a bi-annual dental cleaning and NOTHING else), I noticed that nothing was setup in preparation for a cleaning. I felt that was odd. Usually the hygienist will review the x-rays and clean up your teeth a bit before the dentist arrives. This did not happen. The dentist immediately comes in (Dr. Ngo) and goes on a tangent about how she thinks I have 6 cavities and I need fillings immediately to prevent my teeth from rotting in the future. She spoke about this for a very long time, ignoring my comments to decline this work. As I had visited a family dentist AND my in-network dentist 3 months ago, and neither of them mentioned these “problemsâ€. She continued to talk and talk, while 3 other girls (dental assistants I’m assuming) just stood there and watched in silence. Again, I declined this work, but Dr. Ngo continued to speak of this matter. Without inquiring about my thoughts, Dr. Ngo and her 3 cronies form a bee-line out of the room for what seemed to be about 10 minutes. Another individual walks in the room with an extensive line-item list of costs. She told me this is what I will pay for the fillings and cleaning (which was mysteriously not covered under my dental plan). I told her for a third time that I did not need this work, it was ridiculous, and I was not paying for anything, as I have 2 cleanings covered under my insurance every year. She then proceeds to tell me that my cleaning is not covered. I told her she was wrong and that if they wanted reimbursement, they could call my insurance provider. I tried to be cordial with all of them, but they were extremely disrespectful and ignorant of my dental needs. I then got up and left without any work. I immediately contacted my provider and let them know of this matter. They gave me the option to write a report and switch providers without a fee/penalty. I have since switched and things have been great thus far. Please, find another provider. The dentist and assistants do not know how to address adults in a professional setting. They will impel dental procedures onto you that are far-fetched and outrageously expensive, without thinking twice about how you feel about them.
