My fiance & I chosen to have mine & my groomsmen suits rented from here & it's been the worst decision of our lives. The worst customer service we have ever experienced. The lack of common sense & customer service is shocking. We visited the store in Lutz Florida & have been there 5 times now, each time being worst than the following. The last time we've gone there, they started to measure our kids for their suits & stopped the process because the store got too busy, for the sales associates to handle the fittings & other customers. My fiance was literally refused to have the fitting proceed & was told that it was company policy to continue to offer customer service because it was too busy. Just unbelievable!

Spent over two months attempting to get custom shirts made. Was measured in store in Elk Grove CA. First batch of shirts came in completely wrong. Sleaves were way too short and the buttons were not what I had ordered. Was told they would be re-ordered. One month later still no shirts and no one would give me a straight answer. Checked back four days in a row and each day was told a different story. Never have received the shirts. No one knows any information. Horrible customer service. Was consistently provided with mis-information, possibly even lied to. High point of the ordeal was that I did finally receive my money back.

We had already ordered a tux for homecoming and walked in store all the black people were being waited on but us white people were being completely ignored took over a hour to get our tux that had been paid for in advance we kept asking for help but was totally ignored
