Terrible refund policy.

Do not use this company to fly. My tool box got damaged to a point I can't lock the box and they lost a drill bit and a unibits. The tool box was a Christmas gift and the bits I have had for over a year. No one will have receipts for items like them. They said to their policy they will not replace work tools and because I don't have a receipt for a Christmas gift they will pay the minimum. So they can damage people's items and not have to pay. I will never fly with them ever again.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. We booked 4 flights from okc to hnl and our tickets were accidentally canceled. We called customer service immediately to rebook the flights and ensure we were getting a refund. The flights were rebooked but we didn't get refunds. When we called united back they said to go through your credit card company so we opened official disputes. It was very clear on the statements same day travel for 4 people two times. Now we have statements that say unless we got a refund email from united it doesn't count! Were being charged over 4k for flights that never happened without the courtesy of even offering us tickets for future flights. This is theft!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had flying. Period. Absolutely not worth the price we paid. Issues on every leg pf our trip, and 13+ hours trying to chat with a CSR because there is no international number to call while the server keeps getting disconnected. We gave them 15k and can't even get a response. I'm tired of paying for mediocre service and I will blast United every opportunity I get. Unfortunately the choices for airlines are just like our choices for President. Bad and bad.
