Luby's Corporate Office

Today was an important day for us. Our choice of place was Lubys on Roosevelt and Military Dr. San Antonio Tx. I spent nearly 70 for lunch chicken fried chicken was Salty. Extremely Salty. Had to throw it away, disappointed. My Aunt was a regular customer in the 70s she brag how good it was. Now not only it's more expensive it's not healthy. Please check your cameras frequently.

Open the fuddruckers back up in the woodlands 2290 Buckthorne. That place was my first job and my kids loved it there...I really wanted my son to work there as well for the first jobs.

I have been a loyal customer until the experience I received today 12-23-22 @ 9:00am. Every Thanksgiving and Christmas I order 2 to 5 turkeys over the years.This Christmas a single turkey order, was not offered without the complete dinner. With this being the case, I chose to get 1 dinner and 1 Smoked turkey breast. After getting home to separate the dinner from the breast I noticed both the turkey and the breast were singled bag and the fluids from the breast which is not fully cooked for the convenience of the customer. This is so it won't dry out during the heating process. The only problem I have with that is if you don't double bag or put in separate container this can contaminate the fully cooked turkey if the bag leaks, which is exactly what happened.I talked with management at the store at 1727 old Spanish trail he was adamant that it was something I could have done after leaving the store. I have no reason to destroy these turkeys. I usually get my turkeys from the luby's in Stafford in my area but for some reason they were not able to handle the order. Please be careful when using this Luby's. luckily I have time to find two more.

Most reviews must be fake. Ive had my orders cancelled numerous times due to missing items only to have wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting and complaining to door dash. I understand Covid had an impact on staffing but come on. Managers conveniently dont answer phone calls. Terrible customer service and not what Lubys once was. If you cannot update your menu on a daily basis then you should not falsely advertise your menu. The customers are the ones who loose out on time and are left scrambling for food. Will call corporate.
