        Manager was rude and a liar! Blamed us for a mistake one of his workers made and tried to make it seem like we were to blame. Handing us a wrong order. It was their mistake! Employee that served us actually agreed with us that he was wrong. He needs some anger management and some customer service classes! So unprofessional!!! P.S. Glad you admitted that it was your error. As your employees are witness of your lies and behavior towards a delivery customer.

        The franchise owner (Deepak) could definitely benefit from some interpersonal communication skills training. He's EXTREMELY rude......but only to women, apparently. Personally, if I EVER see that HORRIBLE and PATHETIC excuse of a mass of biological waste again, I hope to have the opportunity to publicly shame him at a woman's rally. The way he treated that woman in there absolutely turned my stomach. I'm quite certain he doesn't treat his young female employees any better after seeing their reactions to his presence. They were scared to death! Great American cookie factory? That location.. the service is a great failure! I'll be calling their corporate offices and letting them know about my review, and why! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
