WARNING!! I do not recommend using this company. I had a terrible experience with diamond polish concrete. David Mendoza came to my house on Monday morning and started using his machine to grind down the concrete surface. In some areas that you see the machine grounded into much and did not look smooth. He had given me some color choices to look at the day before. When I chose a color I was expecting it to look like the example he showed me. After he put the color on and I came by after work the concrete look totally different from the example he showed me. He gave me the excuse of sometimes the color just doesn’t go on the concrete like you expected. One side of my garage was darker in color than the other side. I think he overuse the color on the first part of the garage and didn’t account for the other side therefore making one side looks lighter and one side looking darker. It is now the end of the week and the sealant and the color is peeling off from the concrete. Every part of my floor looks terrible now. I just text messaged him the picture and no reply at all. Now I have to look at other options of flooring because my garage floor looks terrible and I’m out all that money that I spent with him. Warning: do not do business with this guy as he will make excuses and the floor will look terrible.
