The positive first, they serve residential customer.
Now the negatives or in other words the whole story.
My plan was to go to an independent reseller for doors rather than to go to Lowes or Homedepot. This turned out to be a big mistake.
So I went to the store and I ask for Masonite doors that I found on the Masonite website.
Debbie was the contact the sales representative.
First, she could not give me a quote, because she had to call Masonite.
After 4 days she came back with a quote.
Since the price was higher than expected I had to think another day over it before I agreed to buy the doors. Then she revised the quote because she screwed up some numbers. OK, I agreed.
Unfortunate the doors were quite cryptic: "1/6x6/8 1-3/8 CLPN 5PMDF ETCHGL".
So I was unsure whether I will get the correct doors.
On the order, 3-4 weeks lead time was stated.
2 weeks after my order was placed and they had charged my credit card the full amount, she said that the vendor had asked whether the order is actually what I wanted, which increased my level of nervousness.
So I waited and waited for my doors.
Finally 8 weeks after my order was placed, I received the doors.
And what a shock, the doors were uncovered and had scratches and dents all over.
The driver was also not helpful.
I was stuck either fixing damaged doors or negotiating with the company, which I did not wanted to deal again. I decided to keep the door and needed to refinish the stains.
In summary, do not have business with them.
