Store shut down unexpectedly without notice to the folks that consigned their items. Hate to believe Lyra is a dishonest crook since my deceased mother's items are locked up at the location that shut down.

The lady took the time to explain everything, I think she’s the owner. She even pointed on the risks and told me I’m an adult entering into a contractual agreement when I asked why the contract asks for my birthday. I’m a business owner as well so I understood how it works.
I made money on things I would’ve just thrown out anyway.

Found a couple of long sleeve button down shirts that were in great shape and looked good on me. The, young lady that helped me was nice and professional.

I personally would not recommend bringing your items here. When you browse through the store you see certain prices, but when your items are sold they're listed for only 95 cents to $5 according to the account history print out. So I only got back 60 cents and max $2.20 on my commissions. When I browsed the store I didn't see any clothing item listed for $1 (or a ton of stuff under 5)! That didn't sit well with me and made me very suspicious. Could they be selling your stuff for more, pocketing the majority and lying they sold it for less? If you're a busy bee with work or parenting and can't remember to come back on the 70th day mark, you will lose all your belongings. Also, be prepared to search the entire store for your items if you want them back. I personally would rather go through Poshmark, LetGo, Ebay or whatever app is available. Out of almost 60 items I got only $23 in one month. It isn't worth it. Just my opinion! Lesson learned! I should have just donated my things to RESALE WITH A PURPOSE, at least that would have gone to a good cause instead of making these people money.
