This is by far the worst complex I've ever experienced. The management is non existent. There is trash all over the grounds, the pool is unusable, and the security door is always broken. Most of the neighbors keep to themselves, but a few families let their children run wild all around the complex screaming and shrieking at all hours of the day and night. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

The units here are individually owned and so you'll want to take that into account when reading reviews and reaching out to ask questions. The property itself is managed *okay* but there are times when debris and trash aren't removed from common areas and the like. Otherwise, I feel there is pretty good value here for the prices I've seen and the location is great if work is nearby or one enjoys being active. Adding a star for Mohsin; he's a good landlord.
