I was dreading what I may discover missing from my vehicle after reading reviews, BUT... my wallet, tools and even the $50 cash was still in cup holder. The dude was super cool and the lady was quick and both friendly. Had to leave a review bc their rating wasnt at all what they deserve.

I know this review will sound crazy but I recently had my vehicle towed bc of repossession. Long story but the lender didn’t work with me during hard times. But if any towing company could have picked up my car I’m happy whoever it was brought it to this tow yard. Complete professionalism and very kind and ALL my personal belongings were in my car. I even explained how worried I was bc I had my entire paycheck inside the glovebox bc I had cashed it the day it got towed. Every penny was still in there. They have a new man managing the yard and he takes his job seriously as far as the car that must go into the vehicles brought there. I couldn’t be happier considering my circumstances with the service I received! One thing people don’t realize is that the tow truck drivers are not actually an employee for this yard. They are contracted and it could be for any yard. I learned that this specific yard isn’t involved with the wreck chasing crew that nearly wrecks vehicles to get to a wreck....all to get a token like it’s a freaking raffle and get to tow the vehicle from the street. I think the city/county really needs rethink this contractual agreement bc it’s not right! So anyone else would get pulled over and possibly searched and then a hefty ticket....there needs to be some accountability here and the city welcomes this rowdy behavior from the tow truck drivers. And cops think it’s just a fun raffle handing out tokens. And then whoever gets the one with the winning number....BINGO! It’s a shame that someone’s misfortune could be turned into a fun raffle for tow truck drivers, what a disappointment!
