        Super sad that Coinmach has customer service and machine dependability at such a low rank. I have been the manager at Bramor Place for a bit over a month now and service has been out 3 times and today the same machines do not work, +1. Thanks Coinmach, for reminding me how important being reliable is and why it is rar.

        My name is Patsy Tanner and I am the Property Manager of Salem Village Apartments at 3510 E Broadway, Pearland, Tx. We recently experienced a fire in the front laundry room attached to my office and are waiting patiently for Coin Mach/Insurance to meet and remove the damaged machines in Laundry Room #1. We currently have 2 other laundry rooms to facilitate our residents. The service department was contacted last week regarding washers that were down. A tech was here on Thursday 5/5 to repair said machines. As of Saturday, 5/7 ALL WASHERS WERE DOWN AGAIN!! We need service immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
