        I went into this store to shop and was being helped by an associate. He suddenly asked if I was ok. I was like, yeah, why? He said you have a lot of marks on your nose... I have cancer scars and had cancer removed from my face years ago. I called the store to let them know of my uncomfortable experience and while manager did apologize she also said “that’s how he gets to know the customer.” …..perhaps train your staff to get to know your customer without making comments about their physical appearance.
