They got our last minute wedding alterations done in less than a week!

I dropped my suit pants to be hemmed on Monday and requested to pick them up for Thursday.  I'm tall so I usually have to take down the hem in my pants. When I returned on Thursday with my prepaid receipt they could not find my pants. When they located them (after ten minutes of running around the shop ). They were found in the back room and they had not been hemmed. She then asked me to return for them and I returned on Friday the service was done and the hem was great. I never got an apology for the late work or discount. Would I go back no because in my opinion this is not reliable service. I do understand it could have been a simple mistake but it's how they handled the mistake.

Came in to have my jacket sleeves shortened, they did a wonderful job and turned it around the next day!
