We had 6 garments altered and the threading on 4 of those garments starting coming out after the first time my wife wore it. Furthermore, when we went to pick it up it was not ready and then the owner said she would deliver the clothes. She did deliver; however, she had her young teenage daughter ask us for more money. We would be happy to pay more if the quality of the work was there. In this case it was not. We will not be back.

I asked them to hem the outer layer of very long dress. That one layer was one thin layer of tulle. They simply cut the bottom with no hem sewn or anything and charged 55 dollars. Either they don’t want me to come back or they’re simply ridiculous. Later took the dress to the local cleaners and they noted it should’ve been no more than 10. But it’s been paid... and the lesson has been learned.

Very timely and professional. Had 2-3 pants done here and I’ve been happy with the adjustments. On top of that, they are very reasonably priced. Definitely will be taking all altering needs here in the near duture
