Ive had the BEST experience every-time I visit Montrose Tailors & Bridal. Since you walk in their staff is super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They walk you through the whole process of altering your dresses and give you a total celebrity treatment while youre there! I love how much passion the owners have to make every client happy! They truly know what theyre doing when it comes down to making your outfits fit perfectly! Ive gotten my wedding dress, a bridesmaid dress and other event dresses tailored by them and they look perfect on me. I highly recommend this store for ANY tailor needs! Thank you Mario and your whole staff for the hospitality and Ill definitely be coming back for more magical alterations at your shop!

Sutton is great! I brought in a bridesmaids dress, work pants that were way too big, and some jeans that were super long. She was so patient with me and worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted! I've gone to a few alteration shops for smaller projects but wanted somewhere a little higher end for these items. The pricing was reasonable for everything I was doing PLUS I got the customized experience and excellent work! Thanks Sutton!

I hate to give one star to any business, so make it two. They were friendly at least. However, I didnt like the process and result. I took my brand new designer brand dress to alternate at this place. It was not done right the first time, which was fine. I understand. However, at my second appointment, the supposed fixed problem was forgotten to fix. I wasted my time. For the third time, the problem was fixed incorrectly. The wedding gown garment bag was super dirty and they cut all the original price tags from my dress for no reason, as the dress did not need to be alternated at that area. Feel like they took the dress somewhere dirty to work on. When I asked them about the tags, the said they would follow up with the worker. The next time I followed up, they said they could not find it, but they would find me same tags somewhere else from a bridal shop if I really want it back. Sounds shady to me. They of course did not follow up and I was supposed to forget about it after my wedding. I am shopping wedding dress with my friend again today. I would like to remind my friend and other brides to be careful. Service: Wedding gown alterations
