    Took my child to get vaccinated. They didn’t inform me or have me sign anything. Just said it would be entered into a “database “ that the school would be able to look up??? Schools can’t find it. Nobody at corporate will answer the damn phone and the clinic I took her took is now permanently shut down.

    Got a bill after i payed in cash for out of pocket and they charged my card again. BBB was told about this and will be talking to a lawyer about this as well

    Getting double billed and not able to get a hold of supervisor or manager. Keep leaving messages week after week but no one ever calls back. Staff is rude and completely unhelpful and allegedly on one supervisor to deal with problems yet he or she is never around or ever calls back. Bad experience with redi clinic from local location to corporate.

    Horrific customer service. The receptionist nor the doctor could care less about the patients well being. Waited over a day to get my 14 year old daughter an appointment yet walked in 5 minutes late and was told to reschedule when no other patients were there.

    I live in Philadelphia and attended the Rediclinic on Hamilton st. On Monday October the 1st and had a ear and sinus infection. I was prescribed some medicine which was to late to pickup that day and also ask for a return to work note for October 3rd I didn't get the medicine until the next day so I still was feeling well on the 3rd. I made a phone call and could I come in to get a note for the 4th and I was told yes. I went in to get the the note and the nurse on duty scratched out something on the note I explained to her that I couldn't take it in that way she got upset and rude. Telling me that I can't be getting notes after I had already gotten one. We went back and forth on how rude and disrespectful she was and because of her mistake I've had good reviews, but now that I've had two incidents like that I'm not a fan of your rediclinic. My incident was on Wednesday between 530-630 pm I think that these medical care providers need to be retrained in how to treat patients.
