Been taking my son here and I do agrees wait time is long but they have help me get whatever I need its a good doctor office

The Doctor needs to give these girls a raise! They all seem to go above and beyond for each patient. The Manager definitely needs a raise! I saw that young gal, doing the job of everyone! She definitely needs an award.

Horrible. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I cant any more. Its always dark in the building. Dirty like they dont clean or wipe things down. Appointment at 10:00 dont get seen til hours later. And this particular day (8/23/22) they cant find the shots!!!!! Like what the heck kinda pediatricians does this They are always short staffed. They dont call you and confirm your appointment the day before. This will be my last time come to this place. Idk maybe I am just use to a more organized pediatric. I am one hot momma at this point.

Good doctor but the front desk receptionist seems to hate her job. Will be moving my children back to Dr. Bellah's on Nasa Rd 1 where to customer service is always of high quality.

Terrible place. Only takes cash and did not express this when the appointment was made. Waiting area was loud. Staff and guests letting doors slam. Had a funny smell. Receptionist was on the phone yelling at her kids. They tried telling me my newborn of two weeks was not covered by my insurance when she clearly was. I called to verify myself. I do not recommend. Go somewhere else and don't trust them with your children.
