Panda Express

These are the nice ladies who just told me kitchen closes at 8:30pm..not 9:00pm like it says on the website and for every other Panda Express. Thanks for serving the people in front of me. Really appreciate the kind service at 8:34pm.

I normally don't make complaints, but I being watching the lady manager ' behavior who work there, and in many occasions I noticed that she doesn't have good skills in costumer services, many time she sounds rude in her interactions with the clients and with other employees. Since she is part of a minority group, like me she is Hispanic, I tried to make excuses before to her, but I think is time I made a public complaint,.it really upset who she talked to other employees, she was rude, also she referred to me as" miss or mister" I don't if she was trying to be funny or rude because am gay also she closed restroom 20 min before the restaurant closes, and in her average performance she no nice at all. She thinks that the place belongs to her and she doesn't understand she is representing a corporation and that her actions give a bad image to them. There are many people who could take his place, I believe she is creating a toxic work environment and she being toxic with the clients as well.

Yesterday I ate some teriyaki chicken with white rice and vegetables. I think the veggies were bad since they tasted funny. I got sick and lost yesterday and today at work. That's just about $500 plus the miserable times it got me. Never going back to this location

Staff is not very customer service oriented. Food looked dried and lacking appetizing appearance. This was the first location that didn't offer a water cup. When I asked for my receipt, it was crumbled and trashed. I would go to a different location.

I ordered a drink and the walnut shrimps for lunch to be delivered by UberEats and to my surprise, my food and drink has been tampered with. I called the restaurant to let them know and to put seals on their customers deliveries. I was instructed to call UberEATS which I was going to do anyway. It seems no one wants to assist you once they've got your money. Just be careful what you get when it's being delivered. I'm done!
