I’m so devastated my apt is nice but unfortunately it has roaches I need new appliances and pest control. They told me the only way I could get new appliances is If they see roach activity.. check out the pics below as this is not enough activity!

This apartment complex and how they conduct business is a scam. I am thankful my current lease just ended and despite paying a $200 non-refundable deposit in the beginning, I received a final bill of $153 which I believe should have been deducted from said deposit. the Maintenance staff is unreliable and on several occasions created more damage than resolving issues. Office staff never follow up nor did they ever pay the locator commission to my agent. One positive, the apartment community seems to be family friendly however it seemed like people moved in and out of my building frequently. The renewal offer on my lease was a joke, the base rent started at $950 with a $45 technology fee (smart locks and thermostats that solely provide an advantage to leasing and not the residents) and $20 valet trash. for over a $1000 a month, one can easily find a better apartment with more competent leasing staff. My AC/Heating needed to be cleaned because mold/mildew kept spreading to the outside of the vents and no one ever came to fix it, while doing a bathtub repair the maintenance guy broke my stopper. Carpet was never cleaned upon move-in. The fitness center had maybe 2 machines that worked and the pool was closed all summer long. The leasing staff will lie and tell you the negative reviews are related to the previous management company but do not be fooled, the current leasing staff and maintenance are indeed the problem here. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
