Jus' Mac

Abysmal service. Most dishes are just the standard mac and cheese with toppings, spinach and artichoke was good, chicken tikka was just tenders and tikka sauce added on top of their normal mac and cheese. Shouldve known it was going to be mid when I saw there was only one other party there and the lady at the front had no care in the world. Fries were overpriced and tasted microwaved, no crisp and no sauce that comes with it. $1 for a small cup of ranch or ketchup is a scam, and despite ordering over $50 of food, they were still being stingy over one side of ranch. Also they closed the bathroom for seemingly no reason? Not sure what that was about, probably just didnt want to clean up, cause it was clean when I washed my hands in there just a minute earlier

Not a Mac n Cheese person.. Tried chicken parm sandwich last week.. Amazing sauce and seasoned battered chicken breast.. not too big and not too thin.. cheesy and tasty. I also had the Chicken Parm Mac/Cheese on today, not enough sauce n chicken not fully battered. 20oz Orange Soda Fanta 4.25 + taxes (small) n FLAT. I waited to write review to give them a chance on the FLAT SODA. What poor customer service I received today at 1:10 PM.. Guy says o well, I just got here.. Didnt care to give concern n went back scrolling on his phone. To charge almost $5 for a 20oz Soda. I will not return bc of the service provided. You would think they would remove the Flat SODAs. This says alot about the quality.. I recommended this to co-workers for lunch and It was very disappointing to see the service today. I see why the place stays empty.

This place has changed. This is one of those hipster eateries with the live wood accents and vintage lights that charge $15+ for an entree nothing else included. By the time youre done ordering, youve spent $50 on 2 people- for Mac and Cheese. Overall the Montrose location seems bland. Used to be more comfortable. Like they got rid of a bunch of decorative items on the walls. Seems bare. Every now and then I treat myself because the Pitmaster is awesome. Went in the other day and they had 1 couple without food, 2 just ordered and it was our turn. The guy told them it would be 20 minutes before they got their food. I asked if it would really be 20 minutes. He said, for us it would be closer to 30 minutes. Probably not the best business model to implement if having more than one order at a time brings the kitchen to a halt. It didnt used to be this way. Comfy atmosphere, pricey but good food and no mushy noodles, able to handle 2 orders at once

This place is awesome it has everything and more than you can imagine, not just Mac and cheese, which is still very good
