Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

Awesome but drive thru rushes you. Had to park and go in because they forgot not one but two things. When on lunch break you need fast but not rush. Good amazing!

Chicken was dry, over cooked. Did not get my side order through the drive through. Called and asked to be refunded for the side. Was told I would have to drive back up there to get my refund. So, You can either make this right or I will dispute the cc charge! Customer service starts from the top!!

Ordered online using the app, which is horrid. You can't customize anything. No way to change sauces or or add things to a specific sandwich. Restaurant was clean at noon, That was a good sign. Cowslaw was extra slimy. Shrimp and chicken nuggets were cold. Sauces are under lock and key you can't get them yourself and they seem to put whatever they want in the to-go order... always something different than what you ordered As I left I kept wondering why I stopped in. I would not go back.

Ive been going to this Popeyes for months now and they seem to disappoint me more every time I go. I always have issues here, if its not the attitude, its the wait. Theres always a LONG wait in the drive thru, even if theres like 1-2 cars. They make you wait so long by the time you get your food, youre not hungry anymore. Definitely dont recommend at all.

Poor service. Drink machine didn't work at all. Cashier was rude. There were no napkins and the straws were crammed in a cup next to the drink machine. They all fell when you took one out. No gravy on the mashed potatoes. Won't be stopping here again.
